Smoothest and least hassle car rental experience ive ever had. Booked via Zest Car Rental and Lagorent dropped car to my door within two hours of booking, exactly on time. Didnt try to sell me any extra insurance and car was in superb condition. Casual and friendly all the way through. Nice to use an honest car rental company
We have used other car rental services in Lagos/Faro airport and this is by far the best. The service is excellent. An email was sent one day before we departed for Faro to say where the car would be at the airport. It was there exactly as stated. It was clean and ready to go. No problems and no hidden extras. The other car rental company we used during the summer was dreadful. Lots of hidden extras. We waited 1.5 hours in their waiting area, about 10 minutes from the airport, and this was after we had tracked down the representative who appeared to be in hiding. Then we had to find the car hire shuttle bus. The two people ahead of us in the queue to 'do' the paper work which took about 25 minutes returned to complain as their cars were faulty.I cannot praise Lagorental high enough. Superb and efficient service. Superb cars, we had the economy model, and great value for money.
Efficient and friendly staff. Fairly priced, clean vehicals. Two convenient locations with flexible pick up and drop off accommodation. Highly recommend.
