Beautiful long beach, safe for families, the sea is fairly shallow up to a distance do small children will be ok. Some parts are fairly shell-y so recommend footwear when walking up and down on the sand. Can get crowded in parts although it is easy to find quiet spots. Struggled to find toilets although the close cafes can be used. Great for an evening walk when the temperatures drop.
